the stages and process!the start

an invoice will be created via PayPal in USD 50% of the payment amount that is agreed on will be paid before any work is started.when payment is received is when the sketch process / scratch 3D mesh process will begin. all sketches and early stages will be shown to confirm their direction of artistic choice before lineart / color will be introduced.✁－✃－✁－✃ － ✁－✃－✁－✃3D commissions

when payment is made in full, you will receive your files via your desired messaging system and email! this is to ensure that if we ever lost contact and/or had a compromised account due to messaging platform security, you would always have a copy in your email inbox.I reserve the right to stop hosting completed commissioned work after 90 days, due to storage costs.✁－✃－✁－✃ － ✁－✃－✁－✃

"what happens if...?"this section is to inform you of what could happen and the actions that would be taken place in the event the commission couldn't be finished.Q: "what happens if the process has not begun and i request a refund?"

A: you will be issued a full refund per your request if no work has been made.if progress is early in stages and a refund is requested, it will only be a 75% refund.if a refund is asked halfway through product creation, 50% refund will be issued.if the product is near completion,
there will be no refund.Q: "what happens if i don't
pay the rest of the 50%?"

A: io will retain all model files until full payment is made. if payment is not completed within 90 days (3 months) of model creation, the model will be reabsorbed and cleaned of client's likeliness for repurpose use to earn back lost wages.Q: how to get in contact?

"iobunny"! shoot me a message!✁－✃－✁－✃ － ✁－✃－✁－✃general disclosures1. io reserves the right to all intellectual properties until relinquished to the client, as client purchases full rights to said intellectual properties once payment is made if it is a custom made model tailored to them. public models do not relinquish intellectual properties upon purchase, only personal or commercial if commercial is bought as well.2. io reserves the right to decline any offers for any reason at io's own comfort.3. by reading and agreeing to the TOS provided, you agree that all works-in-progress pictures can and will be shown on io's social media as proof of progress + pride in work portfolio.4. please allow that the deadline for each model takes on average upwards of (3-6) months, depending on complexities and their individual needs. if the process is deemed to take longer, the client(s) will be notified of this change as soon as possible.
io does not do rush jobs.5. io is not a character designer. they cannot create a character for you or anyone else.
please come with a reference sheet in hand!6. when the finished commission is given to the client, the client is free to take it to other artists for add-ons, edits, or anything else to modify their product after the fact. however, the client and their avatar editors may not resell the finished commission and/or individual parts of said commission, edited or not.7. please remember to list io's twitter handle in the credits of any social media when the work is complete!general no no's when it comes to my work✖ do make NFTs or anything crypto of io's work.✖ putting any of io's works
in ai training programs / anything ai.✖ tracing or copying io's work
to make any personal gain / money.✖ please do not request fanart/model of another individual or group. io is not a fanartist creator.✖ if creation is used for hatred, racism, sexism, pedophilia, bigotry, discrimination of any kind beyond what's mentioned, it will result in the client being blacklisted.✖ unless posted otherwise, io does not create or sell adoptables. adoptables are one-off purchases / full ownership of a pre-existing model. io will not accept any request of a public upload to be taken down if buyer chooses to purchase.✖ if it is a public model, please do not produce any form of merchandise with io's products unless you have altered them to a point of individual aesthetic. merchandising "as-is" aesthetics is directly profiting off io's model, and is not desired.anyone found to be using/abusing io's products for the above rules will be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.
